- Local orders you will be contacted by email or telephone confirming delivery date.
- Nationwide orders will be dispatched within 2 days and delivered between 3-5 working days.
- For palletised deliveries you will notified by email or telephone confirming date of delivery and time frame will be between 9am – 5pm, if you wish to have a specified day and time this will occur an additional charge which must be paid prior to dispatch. You must provide a contactable number and access must be on level hardstanding ground, gravel ground is not suitable and delivery will be kerbside only, vehicles can be up to 18 tonne so please ensure access is suitable.
- Palletised and courier deliveries are mainland UK only and doesn’t cover Scottish highlands.
- All orders are delivered on a wooden pallet. The pallet is removed from the lorry using a tail lift and moved into position with a manual pallet lifter. Manual pallets lifters cannot move on gravel, chippings or loose surfaces. They will not move up kerbs or over steps. Please let us know in advance if access to your property is difficult. Failure to do so may incur a charge for redelivery
- Our own vehicles do not have cranes and our small crates are delivered using our self loading forklift.
- In line with Consumer Rights Act 2015, A customer has the right to cancel, they have 14 days starting the day receipt of the goods and then 14 days in which to return the goods to Staffordshire Kindling Supplies, we then have up to 14 days to action the refund. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, you can arrange you own courier or we can organise this for you at a charge of £60.00. - Palletised deliveries are made 9-5, Monday to Friday. Saturday deliveries are available, though cannot be guaranteed and are subject to an additional charge.
- All logs are supplied at a standard approximate length of 250mm. The width of the log may vary and tolerances must allow for pieces as small as 25-30 mm which is used to fill in the gaps between larger logs; the largest size is 80-90mm, on average. If you require larger, chunky logs please call us with your order and we will be happy to assist you if we can.
- Prices shown include VAT and delivery are in British Pounds Sterling GBP. All Payments are to be made in advance of delivery/service by debit or credit card or bacs.
