Our smoking chunks come from the barrels of the European, French, and American finest wine and spirits producers.
When emptying the barrels, the oak remains infused by the fragrance and flavor of the spirit.
The barrels are carefully selected and verified, later reworked into a unique smoking product that combines outstanding quality and unique flavour.
Product recommended for Wood and Gas BBQ’s
- Soak the chunks in water for 30-90 min.
- Once you have prepared hot coals, place the chunks directly on the embers.
- When they start to smoke, place the desired food.
- To optimize the cooking process, we recommend closing the lid of the barbecue.

The smell on these is amazing, and when they started to burn the garden was a mix of aromas from the usual burning wood, plus wine, and of course then the meats. Great for short cooks.
I was smoking on a direct heat pit with these. Added a great flavour to the chicken wings!
